Finance

• Provide a line item in school district budget for technology, curriculum and textbook loan match.
• Update school buses so that none are more than 5 years old.

Building and Grounds

Policy and Procedures

• Review Policy Manual using the following timeline:  

Sections 1-3 by April
Section 4 by May
Section 5 by June
Section 6 by July

• Organize agenda for 2009-2010 based upon Policy Manual.
• Place Board of Education Policy Manual on OBR website.

Curriculum & Technology

• Update 7th & 8th Language Arts using Textbook Loan.
• Align curriculum with Mt. Vernon Township High School expectations.

Communication

• Increase the percentage of weekly classroom assignment website updates from 50% in 2008 to 100% in 2009.
• Schedule monthly staff meetings.
